24 hours or more before the scheduled start

Post your request to reschedule or cancel in your session group chat. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and available spaces.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start

Rescheduling and cancellation are not permitted. A late cancellation or no-show counts as a used session.

  • If a cancellation involves a refund, the refund method and processing time are governed by the TXSNOW Refund & Session Expiry Policy.
  • The 24-hour notice period is measured from the scheduled start of the currently confirmed session. Notice takes effect when either party posts the change request in the session group chat.
02

Bookings made close to the start time

A session purchased or confirmed less than 24 hours before its start time enters the 24-hour booking lock-in period as soon as it is confirmed. It cannot be rescheduled, cancelled or refunded.

03

Severe weather: official resort closures

If the resort officially announces a closure due to severe weather or another reason, the session may be rescheduled at no charge to another date within its validity period, subject to instructor availability and available spaces.

04

Instructor changes & session rescheduling

The same 24-hour notice rule applies to both parties: students and TXSNOW may notify each other of a booking change at least 24 hours in advance.

Change the instructor or reschedule

Once the 24-hour lock-in period has begun, students who still want a replacement instructor can release the confirmed booking and wait for a suitable instructor to become available. The arrangements are explained below.

A parent speaks with an instructor in a lime-green jacket beside a ski lodge, with a child wearing a helmet standing nearby.

① TXSNOW gives at least 24 hours’ notice

A suitable replacement instructor is available: With the student’s agreement, the replacement instructor teaches at the original time and location.

The student wants to keep the original instructor: A new date is arranged by agreement. If no date has been agreed, the session remains unscheduled and the unused session time is retained.

② TXSNOW gives less than 24 hours’ notice

This falls short of the same 24-hour notice requirement that applies to students.

Your original session is retained

Finding a replacement without a confirmed booking

After the 24-hour lock-in period begins, students who still want a replacement instructor can release the confirmed booking and wait for a suitable instructor to become available.

A

You need to plan ahead

Search ends at 9 p.m. the night before

If there is still enough time before the session, TXSNOW will keep looking until 9 p.m. on the evening before the session. If no instructor has been found by then, the search ends and the session remains unscheduled.

B

You will be at the resort all day

Take a session when an instructor is available

Tell TXSNOW Support when you are available that day. TXSNOW will keep looking until the end of that time window. The session can go ahead once a suitable instructor is found and both parties confirm. If no instructor is found that day, the session remains unscheduled.

③ Instructor no-show

The instructor is late by the full duration of the booked session, or does not teach at any point during the original session period.

Your original session is retained

2additional free sessions

How compensation sessions work

  • No additional compensation is required when TXSNOW gives at least 24 hours’ notice of a change.
  • If TXSNOW gives less than 24 hours’ notice, the one free compensation session already owed to you is retained. You keep it even if you release the confirmed booking while waiting for a suitable instructor, or a replacement instructor delivers the original session.
  • Waiting for a match, not finding an instructor or ending the search does not, by itself, entitle you to further compensation.
  • Compensation sessions are free sessions of the same type and duration as the original session. They are provided in addition to the original session.

Lateness that does not qualify as a no-show is covered by the TXSNOW Punctuality & Lateness Policy.
